Workshop – Bending Forwad: Paschima Pratana Sthiti

Wednesdays. Do you struggle with the forward bending asanas? Many do and for many different reasons. In this five week course we will explore the common reasons for lack of, or slow progress in achieving an even extension of the spinal muscles which is the goal in forward bends.
Prerequisites: Completion of Level I.
Practice of the sitting poses from that syllabus will be advantageous. (Sukhasana/Swastikasana, Vajrasana, Adho Mukha Virasana, Dandasana, Padangushta Dandasana with a belt.)
