Friday-Sunday.  We are delighted to welcome Lois back to Unity Woods to share with us once again her extensive knowledge and upbeat energy.

Lois holds an advanced teaching certificate from B.K.S. Iyengar and has a PhD. in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Illinois. She has been teaching yoga for 30 years and has accumulated over four years of total immersion at the Iyengar Institute in Pune. She is well-known for her knowledge of yoga therapeutics and serves as Chair of Medical Research on teh board of the Iyengar National Association of the US. In demand worldwide, Lois teaches with the enthusiasm and experience grained from years of devoted study and practice.

Open to students with at least one year of Level II.
