Things you should know:

Confirmation: We will not call to confirm your registration. We will call only if a workshop is filled and we need to put you on a waitlist.

Registration and payment: Advance registration is required for all workshops. You can register online with a credit card, bring payment by credit card, cash or check to a studio location, or mail a check or credit card information with your completed registration form (see below). Your payment will be processed upon receipt. Drop-ins are permitted if the workshop is not full (call for availability)

Refunds: Full refunds will be issued up to 14 days prior to the start of the workshop. After that we regret that we cannot offer any refunds, changes or credits.

Preparation: Please come with an empty stomach. There are changing rooms at each studio; please wear clothing you can move in, but not baggy clothes that will obscure alignment. Bare feet are essential. Please be on time. It is disruptive to come in late, and may even be unsafe if you miss preparatory practices. If you have never participated in a Unity Woods workshop, please read our “How to be prepared” page.

Special Needs: When you arrive, please let your teacher know if you have any injuries, physical problems or medical conditions so he or she can help you modify poses if necessary.
