Giulia Mainieri

Giulia Mainieri has trained with some of the finest teachers in the world since the early 1970s. She studied with Mr. Iyengar when he offered weeks-long intensive workshops in the U.S. She attended classes with Gita Iyengar in Pune, India.

Giulia has taught at Unity Woods since 1974 and was certified in 1986 by the first Iyengar certifying committee in the United States. She is a long-time and grateful student of Kofi Busia and a devoted scholar of the Yoga Sutras.
