Communicating Your Experience
Knowledge of and experience with the practice of yoga are obviously vital elements in the art of teaching yoga. Without the ability to communicate this knowledge and experience to your students, however, these skills are not enough. We'll spend this weekend exploring and refining ways to see clearly what your students need, how to understand what they are saying and doing, and ways to effectively convey your knowledge and enthusiasm to your students verbally, visually, and with hands on adjustments.

Students must be able to do Urdhva Dhanurasana with straight arms. Dwipada Viparita Dandasana easily, hold free-standing ten minute Sirsasana away from the wall, and ten minute Sarvangasana.
